Tracking SARS-CoV-2 levels in wastewater has been shown to be a useful predictor of potential outbreaks.1 However, for meaningful interpretation of SARS-Cov2 data, a normalization target is critical. The SARS-CoV-2 Wastewater Surveillance 4-plex Kit utilizes the Pepper Mild Mottle Virus (PMMoV) as a human fecal load control as recommended by the CDC.

In this Application Note, the Absolute Q and SARS-CoV-2 Wastewater Surveillance 4-plex Kit were used to test wastewater samples collected for an University on-campus monitoring effort.
